#### 75 Appointment of administrator 75 Appointment of administrator > > (1) The Governor may, by proclamation, appoint a person to be administrator of a committee, where— > > > > > (a) all the members of the committee have vacated their offices or have been removed from their offices, or > > > > > (b) all or any of the members of the committee retain their offices and the Minister has certified to the Governor that the Minister is satisfied that it would be in the best interests of the committee that an administrator be appointed. > > > (2) The administrator of a committee appointed under this section has all the functions of the committee, and any act, matter or thing done or omitted to be done by the administrator shall have the same effect as if done or omitted by the committee. > > > (3) The Governor may, by proclamation— > > > > > (a) remove from office any person appointed as administrator under this section, and > > > > > (b) fill any vacancy in the office of administrator. > > > (4) The reasonable costs and expenses (including remuneration) incurred by or in connection with the appointment of, and exercise of the functions of a committee by, an administrator appointed under this section, as certified from time to time by the Minister, shall be payable from the funds of the committee. > > > (5) The members of a committee may not exercise any functions as members while a person holds office as administrator of the committee.
