#### 71 Change of name of committee 71 Change of name of committee > > (1) The Governor may, at the request or with the consent of a committee, by proclamation, change the corporate name of the committee. > > > (2) No such change of name of a committee affects any rights or obligations of the committee or renders defective any legal proceedings instituted or to be instituted by or against the committee, and any legal proceedings may be continued or commenced by or against the committee by its new name that might have been continued or commenced by or against the committee by its former name.
