70 Committee may employ staff
(1) For the purpose of enabling it to exercise its functions, a committee may employ such staff and engage such consultants as it thinks fit.
(2) With the approval of the Minister and upon such terms and conditions as are agreed upon, a committee may make use of the services of any person employed in the Department.
(3) With the approval of the other authority and upon such terms and conditions as are agreed upon, a committee may make use of the services of any of the staff of another authority.
