#### 66 Board not liable for payments made in good faith 66 Board not liable for payments made in good faith > Where a board in good faith and without negligence has made any payment— > > > (a) to a producer delivering or causing to be delivered any of the commodity to the board or any person acting under its authority, > > > (b) to any person entitled or claiming to be entitled through such a producer, or > > > (c) to any person on the order of such a producer or of a person referred to in paragraph (b), > > the board shall not be answerable to any person in respect of the payment for the commodity or any part thereof, or in any action or other proceedings, claim or demand whatever for damages or otherwise.
