#### 5 Delegation by the Minister 5 Delegation by the Minister > > (1) The Minister may, by instrument in writing, delegate to a person employed in the Public Service the exercise of such of the functions (other than this power of delegation) conferred or imposed on the Minister by or under this Act as may be specified in the instrument of delegation, and may, by a like instrument, revoke any such delegation. > > > (2)–(6) (Repealed) > > **s 5:** Am 1999 No 31, Sch 1.23 \[1\]; 2015 No 58, Sch 3.76 \[3\].
