#### 41 Dismissal of board 41 Dismissal of board > > (1) The Governor may, if of the opinion that circumstances have arisen rendering it advisable to do so, by proclamation, remove all the members of a board from office, but they or any of them are eligible (if otherwise qualified) for re-appointment. > > > (2) The Minister shall cause a report of, and the reasons for, the removal of the members of a board under this section to be laid before each House of Parliament within 14 sitting days of that House after the date of publication of the proclamation under subsection (1) in the Gazette. > > > (3) For the purposes of subsection (2), sitting days shall be counted, whether or not they occur during the same session.
