#### 33 Request for dissolution by board 33 Request for dissolution by board > > (1) A board may, by instrument in writing under its seal, make a request to the Minister for action to be taken for the board to be dissolved. > > > (2) The Minister may refuse to consider such a request unless the request is confirmed by the board, by a similar instrument, within such period as the Minister determines.
