30 Operation of Division
(1) This Division authorises the winding up and dissolution of a board—
(a) by petition of producers of the commodity,
(b) at the request of the board itself, or
(c) on the recommendation of the Minister.
(2) Nothing in this Division limits the operation of Part 10.
