#### 21 Request for amalgamation by boards 21 Request for amalgamation by boards > > (1) Two or more boards may, by instruments in writing under their respective seals, make a request to the Minister for action to be taken for the boards to be amalgamated. > > > (2) The Minister may refuse to consider such a request unless the request is confirmed by both or all of the boards concerned, by similar instruments, within such period as the Minister determines.
