#### 159 Service of notices 159 Service of notices > Any notice that is required to be given or that may be given by a board or committee under this Act or the regulations shall be deemed to have been duly given if sent by post in a letter addressed to the person to be served at the person’s place of abode or business last known to the board or committee, and the notice shall be deemed to have been given at the time when a letter so posted should in the ordinary course of post be delivered.
