#### 151 Duties and liability of certain persons 151 Duties and liability of certain persons > > (1) It is the duty of a prescribed person at all times to act honestly in the exercise of his or her functions as a prescribed person. > > > (2) It is the duty of a prescribed person at all times to exercise a reasonable degree of care and diligence in the exercise of his or her functions as a prescribed person. > > > (3) In this section, prescribed person means— > > > > > (a) a member of an authority, or > > > > > (b) a member of the staff of an authority whose position is or is of a class or description prescribed for the purposes of this paragraph.
