#### 131A Annual reports by Secretary 131A Annual reports by Secretary > > (1) As soon as practicable after 30 June, but on or before 31 December, in each year, the Secretary must prepare and forward to the Minister a report of— > > > > > (a) the Secretary’s work and activities under this Act, and > > > > > (b) the activities of the authorities, and > > > > > (c) the operation and effect of any marketing orders, and > > > > > (d) such other matters or things as the Secretary thinks appropriate or as the Minister directs the Secretary to report on. > > > (2) The Minister must cause each such report to be laid before both Houses of Parliament as soon as practicable after receiving the report. > > > (3) A report under this section need not be separately prepared but may form part of the annual reporting information prepared for the Department under the [Government Sector Finance Act 2018](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2018-055). > > **s 131A:** Ins 1999 No 31, Sch 1.23 \[3\].
