#### 102H Application of other provisions to marketing orders made for the purposes of this Division 102H Application of other provisions to marketing orders made for the purposes of this Division > > (1) A marketing order made for the purposes of this Division is taken to be a marketing order made under this Part. However, sections 77–82, 85, 86, 91 (2) and (3) and 93 do not apply to a marketing order made for the purposes of this Division. > > > (2) In the application of the other provisions of this Part to a marketing order made for the purposes of this Division— > > > > > (a) dried prunes are taken to be a commodity, and > > > > > (b) a reference in those provisions to the relevant committee is to be read as a reference to the committee established under the marketing order. > > **pt 5, div 7 (ss 102E–102H):** Ins 1997 No 124, Sch 1 \[2\].
