7F Exercise of powers (1) An inspector may only exercise a power under this Subdivision: (a) for the purpose of performing the inspector's functions under section 7D(b) to (e); and (b) if the inspector reasonably believes it is necessary to do so. (2) In exercising a power under this Subdivision, an inspector may: (a) use any reasonable force; and (b) be accompanied and assisted by other persons as the inspector reasonably considers necessary.
