57 Compensation not payable in certain circumstances Compensation is not payable under this Part in respect of an injury to a worker: (a) that was deliberately self inflicted; or (b) (not being an injury resulting in his or her death or permanent or long-term incapacity) attributable to his or her serious and wilful misconduct.
