203Application of sections 49 and 49A

203 Application of sections 49 and 49A (1) Section 49, as amended by the amending Act, and section 49A, apply in relation to an injury suffered by a worker only if the injury is a post-commencement injury. (2) Section 49, as in force before the commencement, continues to apply in relation to an injury other than a post-commencement injury as if the amending Act had not commenced.
