185 Provisions applicable on death of beneficiary (1) Where an amount of compensation (other than compensation under section 71) is payable to a person and the person dies before the amount is paid, the amount forms part of the estate of the person. (2) Where an employer or the insurer of an employer holds an amount of compensation for the benefit of a person entitled under this Act to receive it and that person dies, that amount forms part of the estate of the person.
