163 Payments out of Fund There shall, from time to time, be paid out of the Fund: (a) the amount of all claims, including costs allowed or established against the Nominal Insurer, in accordance with this Act or the repealed Act; (b) the costs and expenses of its administration, including the costs and expenses of exercising the powers and performing the functions of the Nominal Insurer, the legal expenses incurred by the Nominal Insurer in applications to the Court or otherwise incurred in relation to the Fund or the former Fund; and (c) such other moneys as may lawfully be paid out of it.
