15Annual report of Council

15 Annual report of Council (1) The Council must submit a report to the Minister for each financial year. (2) The report must cover: (a) the work of the Council and its subcommittees for the relevant financial year; and (b) the operation of this Act during the relevant financial year.

Return to Work Act 1986 28 (3) The report must be submitted on or before 30 September of the calendar year in which the financial year ends. (4) The Minister must table the report in the Legislative Assembly within 6 sitting days after receiving the report.
