139 Inspection of policies (1) The Authority may, by notice in writing, require an employer to: (a) produce for inspection a policy of insurance or indemnity indemnifying him or her against his or her liability under this Act; and (b) furnish such particulars in relation thereto as the Authority thinks fit. (2) A notice under subsection (1) may be served on an employer in the same manner as a claim for compensation may be given or served under section 83.
