134 Effects of payment by approved insurer Where an approved insurer pays an amount under section 133 in respect of a liability of an employer, the payment operates to the extent of the payment to discharge: (a) the liability of the employer to the person entitled to the (b) the liability, if any, of the approved insurer to the employer.
