128Joint policies

128 Joint policies (1) Where 2 or more persons may become liable under this Act in respect of an injury to the same person and they have obtained from an approved insurer a joint policy of insurance or indemnity in respect of their liability, section 126(1) is deemed to have been complied with by each of them. (2) In respect of a joint policy referred to in subsection (1), an approved insurer shall not charge a premium in excess of prevailing rates for insurance of an employer's liability in respect of workers engaged in the same trade, occupation, calling or industry.
