110A Procedure (2) The proceedings of the Court under this Division shall be conducted with as little formality and technicality, and with as much expedition, as the requirements of this Act and the Work Health Administration Act 2011 and a proper consideration of the matter permits. (3) Subject to this Act and the Work Health Administration Act 2011, the Court in proceedings under this Division is not bound by any rules of evidence but may inform itself on any matter in such manner as it thinks fit.
