### 5 Provision of Certificate of Currency > For the purpose of [section 6(3)(f)](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2004-050#GS6@Gs3@Hpf@EN) of the Act, a Certificate of Currency, which verifies that a retirement village has valid and up-to-date insurance coverage as required by [section 20](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2004-050#GS20@EN) of the Act, is a prescribed document.
