64 Termination notice—the Act, s 131(2)
(1) A termination notice must be in the form set out in Schedule 4.
(2) A termination notice must be given within 28 days before the application is made to the Tribunal.
(3) Subsection (2) does not apply to an application for a termination order under the Act, section 136.
