55 Tribunal may make differential orders—the Act, s 128(1)(l)

(1) This section applies to an application—

(a) to which 2 or more residents of the village are parties, whether the application was made jointly by the residents or by the Residents Committee on behalf of the residents, or

(b) made by the operator of the village and to which 2 or more residents are the other parties.

(2) The Tribunal may make an order of a kind referred to in the Act, section 128(1)(a)–(k1) that applies differently to different residents or groups of residents.
