48 Content of exit entitlement orders—the Act, s 182AD

For the Act, section 182AD(1)(f), the following information is prescribed—

(a) the period of time the former occupant occupied the residential premises,

(b) the ingoing contribution paid by the former occupant,

(c) the departure fee payable by the former occupant,

(d) the amount of capital gain the former occupant and the operator will each receive in relation to the premises, calculated on the basis of the agreed valuation of the former occupant’s exit entitlement,

(e) the amount of capital loss the former occupant and the operator are each responsible for, calculated on the basis of the agreed valuation of the former occupant’s exit entitlement.
