46 Definition of “prescribed period”—the Act, s 182AB
For the Act, section 182AB(9), definition of prescribed period, paragraph (a), the following period is prescribed—
(a) for a retirement village located in the Greater Sydney Region, the City of Newcastle local government area or the City of Wollongong local government area—6 months,
(b) otherwise—12 months.
