4 Definition of “capital maintenance”
For the Act, section 4(1), definition of capital maintenance, the following are not capital maintenance—
(a) work to substantially improve an item of capital beyond its original condition,
(b) work to maintain or repair an item of capital if it would have been more cost-effective to replace the item.
