39 Interest
(1) For the Act, sections 24(4)(b), 43(8)(b), 180(4)(b) and (5)(b), 181(7)(b) and 182AK(3)(b), the prescribed rate of interest is the rate of interest prescribed under the Civil Procedure Act 2005, section 101.
(2) For the Act, section 155(3), the prescribed maximum rate of interest is the rate of interest prescribed under the Civil Procedure Act 2005, section 101.
