23 Appointment of proxy—the Act, s 77(2)
(1) The appointment of a proxy must be made in the form set out in Schedule 3.
(2) For a meeting of residents, the appointment of a proxy is effective only if the properly completed appointment form is given to the chair of the meeting before the first vote is taken at the meeting.
