46 Differential orders The ACAT may make different orders in relation to different residents of a retirement village in deciding— (a) an application to which 2 or more residents of the village are parties (whether the application was made jointly by the residents or by the residents committee on behalf of the residents); or (b) an application made by the operator of the village to which 2 or more residents are the other parties.
