43 ACAT applications by residents committee (1) The residents committee for a retirement village may, at the request of 1 or more residents of the village, apply to the ACAT on behalf of the resident for an order for which the resident may apply. (2) The residents committee may apply to the ACAT on behalf of all residents of the village for an order for which a resident may apply if the residents consent to the application.
