21 Annual management meeting agenda—Act, s 108 (4) The following matters must be included in the agenda for an annual management meeting: (a) a report on any expenditure in the previous financial year that was an amendment between items in the approved annual budget (other than a minor amendment); (b) the future plans for the village, including any proposed improvements; (c) the management of the village, including any change or proposed change to the management arrangements; (d) safety issues; (e) any proposed maintenance plans;
