66 Prescribed matters in village contracts (1) A regulation may prescribe a matter that must be included in (or excluded from) a village contract.
(2) If a regulation requires a village contract to include a term in the contract, the contract is taken to include the term. (3) If a regulation requires a matter to be excluded from a village contract, the contract is void to the extent that it includes the matter.
