65 Renovations and alteration of fixtures or fittings— limitation of s 63 and s 64 (1) Nothing in section 63 or section 64 authorises a person— (a) to add, remove or alter a fixture or fitting in, or renovate residential premises within, a retirement village if consent to do so is required under a territory law and the consent has not been obtained; or (b) to carry out development in contravention of the Planning Act 2023. development—see the Planning Act 2023, section 14 (1).
