31 Orders for documents (1) This section applies if the operator of a retirement village does not— (a) have the documents mentioned in section 29 (Copies of certain documents to be made available) available for inspection by a prospective resident of the village; or (b) comply with a request under section 30 (Certain documents to be given on request). (2) A prospective resident may apply to the ACAT for an order directing the operator to comply with section 29 or a request under section 30.
