27 Orders for provision of general inquiry document or disclosure statement (1) This section applies if the operator of a retirement village fails to give a copy of the general inquiry document or disclosure statement relating to the village to a prospective resident in accordance with this part. (2) The prospective resident may apply to the ACAT for an order directing the operator to give the prospective resident a copy of the general inquiry document or disclosure statement.
