23 General inquiry document (1) The operator of a retirement village must give a general inquiry document to a prospective resident within 14 days after the day the prospective resident— (a) requests a copy of the document; or (b) expresses an interest in the village. (2) The general inquiry document must comply with any requirement Note Power to make a statutory instrument (including a regulation) includes power to make different provision for different categories (see Legislation Act, s 48).
