197 Application—div 9.7 (1) This division applies to residential premises in a retirement village that are the subject of a residence contract under which the resident is not entitled to any repayment of the resident’s ingoing contribution, or other payment, on the ending of the contract. (2) However, this division does not apply to residential premises that are occupied by a resident who is a registered interest holder in relation to the premises.
