107 Operator must hold annual management meeting operator does not hold, in each financial year for the village, an annual management meeting of the residents of the village in accordance with this section. (3) The annual management meeting must be held not more than 4 months after the end of each financial year.
(4) Nothing in this section prevents the operator from calling a meeting of the residents at any other time.
