[Section 35 Amended by No. 7 of 2025, s. 228, Applied:01 Jul 2025] The Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal may, on application by any person appearing to the Tribunal to have a proper interest in the matter, stay the operation of an order subject to appeal until the determination of the appeal.
