#### 91 Objects of Part The objects of this Part are: (a) to ensure that the Regulator has sufficient power to monitor RSA providers in relation to the provision of RSAs (Division 2); and (aa) to ensure that the Regulator has sufficient power to monitor employers’ compliance with Part 4A (data and payment regulations and standards relating to RSAs) (Division 2); and (b) to authorise the Regulator to conduct an investigation of the whole or a part of the affairs of an RSA provider to the extent that those affairs relate to the provision of RSAs (Divisions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8).
