#### 175 Regulator’s powers of exemption—general issues (1) An exemption under this Part may be made either generally or as otherwise provided in the exemption. (2) An exemption under this Part may be unconditional or subject to conditions specified in the exemption. (3) Without limiting this section, an exemption under this Part may relate to a particular RSA provider or class of RSA providers.
