14F Staffing on bank close days
(1) Any approval granted by the Secretary under this Part is subject to the condition that, on a bank close day, the bank authorised to open in accordance with the approval is staffed only by persons who have freely elected to work on that day.
(2) (Repealed)
(3) This section has effect despite any other law.
(4) The condition imposed by this section cannot be varied by the Secretary under this Part.
