Part 11—Retail Shop Leases Advisory Committee 73—Advisory Committee (1) The Retail Shop Leases Advisory Committee is established. (2) The Committee will be constituted in the manner prescribed by the regulations. (3) The regulations may also provide for— (a) the procedures of the Committee; and (b) other matters relevant to the functions or operation of the Committee. (4) A member of the Committee will not be taken to have a direct or indirect interest in a matter for the purposes of the Public Sector (Honesty and Accountability) Act 1995 by reason only of the fact that the member has an interest in a matter that is shared in common with lessors generally or lessees generally, or a substantial section of lessors or lessees. 74—Functions of Advisory Committee The functions of the Retail Shop Leases Advisory Committee are to— (a) keep the administration of this Act under review; and (b) make reports to the Minister on subjects that, in the Committee's opinion, justify a report, or on which the Minister requests a report.
