15D Revocation of closure order

(1) The owner or occupier of premises the subject of an order under section 15C may apply to a Judge of the Local Court for the revocation of the order.

(2) The judge may revoke an order under section 15C if the judge is satisfied that—

(a) the premises concerned are not being used for a purpose referred to in section 15C (2), or

(b) the applicant for revocation of the order has no knowledge that the premises are being used for a purpose referred to in section 15C (2).
