sec.69 Definitions for part
In this part— instrument means any document, and includes— a written or oral agreement; and an application; and an accreditation, approval, certificate, entitlement, exemption, licence, manual, notice, permit, plan and any other authority. right includes power, privilege and immunity. transfer notice see section 70 (1) .
