sec.40 Vacancy in office
The office of the executive officer becomes vacant if the executive officer— completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or resigns office by signed notice given to the Minister; or becomes disqualified under section 36 from continuing as executive officer; or is removed under section 39 as executive officer.
- (a) completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or
- (b) resigns office by signed notice given to the Minister; or
- (c) becomes disqualified under section 36 from continuing as executive officer; or
- (d) is removed under section 39 as executive officer.
