sec.4 Main purposes
The main purposes of this Act are— to establish an independent statutory body called Resources Safety and Health Queensland to regulate safety and health in the resources sector; and to establish the Resources Safety and Health Queensland employing office; and to provide for the Commissioner for Resources Safety and Health.
